Your role





As an Airport Operations Trainer, you will play a critical role in the knowledge transfer and skills development of aviation professionals. You will provide training at Cirrus Intelligence's training center or directly at our customers' sites, design programs tailored to their specific needs, and become a recognized expert in the field of airport operations. Your contribution will improve safety, efficiency and innovation in the airline industry.



Responsibilities

Provide high-quality training at the training center or on site at customers' sites, ensuring interactivity and adaptation to various audiences; Design and develop customized training programs, taking into account specific customer needs and aviation regulatory standards; Become an expert in airport operations, mastering technical aspects and sharing best practices; Be on the lookout for technological innovations and trends in aviation and training, to integrate up-to-date and relevant content; Coordinate trainings with clients, aligning schedules with their training programs and providing post-training follow-up to assess impact.

We are looking for a creative and open-minded educator with a passion for aviation and a strong ability to convey complex knowledge in an accessible way.


Formation:




No specific academic training required. Field experience in aviation will be prioritized; Training in pedagogy or andragogy (an asset).

Experiment:




3 to 5 years in airport operations; In-depth knowledge of technical elements of airport operations, such as, but not limited to, ground handling, refuelling, de-icing, runway management and ramp coordination.

Technical skills:




Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Knowledge of training and learning management tools (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, or equivalent) is an asset.

Personal skills:




Strong creative ability, sense of design, intellectual rigor; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Fluency in English (oral and written) to meet the needs of English-speaking clients; Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, ability to evolve in ambiguity and to manage several projects at the same time.

Other requirements:




Availability to travel as required by mandates.
