Canada Aircraft MX Inc. (CAMI) is a respected Aircraft Maintenance Company providing full-service inspection and maintenance for a wide range of private aircraft.

Overview:
The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) is responsible for the maintenance, repair, modification, overhaul, and alteration of client aircraft. All maintenance activities must comply with policies, procedures, and instructions contained in the CAMI MPM, Manufacturers Maintenance Manuals, and Transport Canada regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect aircraft systems, components and structures to identify any defects, damage or wear that may require repair or replacement.
Ensure compliance with Transport Canada regulations and CAMI MPM.
Ensure accurate completion of all required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner in accordance with established procedures.
Conduct routine maintenance activities such as servicing, lubricating and cleaning aircraft components, including but not limited to engines, landing gear, brakes and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot aircraft systems and utilize diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve malfunctions.
Repair or replace faulty or damaged components.
Prioritize safety by adhering to regulations and guidelines and actively promoting a secure working environment for self and others.
Promptly report any defects or issues identified during maintenance tasks to the production manager and assist in the documentation and communication process.
Supervise AME Apprentices in the execution of various maintenance tasks.
Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections as required.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs to stay current with industry standards and technologies.

Qualifications:
Possession of a valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineers license, M2 rating preferred, M1 may be considered.
Minimum of 2 years as a licensed AME.
Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety standards.
