Responsibilities
Conducting structural repairs on components using various materials such as metals, composites and adhesives
Restoring or repairing defects using specialized hardware and materials. Handling sealing tasks, welding repairs and metal treatment processes
Disassembling, reassembling, and installing parts to access and complete repairs
Fabricating and repairing aircraft components using a variety of materials and techniques
Record and document required information in company work packages; ensure information is relevant, complete and correct
Ensure the maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with the manufacturers requirements, the company policy manuals and the applicable airworthiness authority
Perform work safely in accordance with industry and company standards
All other duties as assigned by supervisor
Experience & Qualifications
Post-Secondary education in recognized Aircraft Maintenance/Structures Engineer Program
Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer 'S' License or,
One (1) to three (3) years of experience working as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in Structures with previous SCA
Proactive approach to problem solving
Compensation based on relevant experience
Schedule: 7:00am - 3:30pm, Monday-Friday
