Le titulaire du poste rel\xc3\xa8vera du Chef de service - R\xc3\xa9daction et Publication du Programme de Maintenance.

Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appel\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 :

D\xc3\xa9velopper et maintenir de nouvelles publications/documents offerts dans le cadre du portefeuille de services d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie de maintenance (y compris la documentation ACJ TwoTwenty);

Soutenir les membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe pour maintenir les publications existantes du programme de maintenance. Ceux-ci inclus:

Rapport du comit\xc3\xa9 d\'examen de la maintenance (MRBR) et limites de navigabilit\xc3\xa9 (AWL) - Fournit les exigences de maintenance du calendrier approuv\xc3\xa9 pour l\'A220

Document de planification de la maintenance (MPD) \xe2\x80\x93 Fournit des donn\xc3\xa9es de planification pour aider un op\xc3\xa9rateur \xc3\xa0 faire approuver son programme de maintenance planifi\xc3\xa9e;

Analyser les documents sources d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie pour d\xc3\xa9terminer l\'impact sur les publications applicables et prendre des mesures pour les r\xc3\xa9viser au besoin;

Coordonner les modifications apport\xc3\xa9es aux publications du programme de maintenance avec les publications techniques en fonction des cartes de travail et des publications de maintenance connexes;

Soutenir les mises \xc3\xa0 jour des processus d\'approbation avec toutes les principales parties prenantes (ing\xc3\xa9nierie de maintenance, publications techniques, solutions digitales, ing\xc3\xa9nierie, navigabilit\xc3\xa9, autorit\xc3\xa9s, clients);

Pr\xc3\xa9parer des rapports/pr\xc3\xa9sentations techniques pour soutenir les r\xc3\xa9unions internes et les r\xc3\xa9unions clients/r\xc3\xa9glementaires;

R\xc3\xa9pondre aux demandes des clients concernant les publications du programme de maintenance A220;

Soulever les exigences/probl\xc3\xa8mes \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9quipe des services de publication (obstacles et exigences des utilisateurs) en ce qui concerne les outils de cr\xc3\xa9ation et les normes de publication.

En tant que candidat id\xc3\xa9al,

Vous d\xc3\xa9tenez un baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en g\xc3\xa9nie a\xc3\xa9rospatial ou un dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes coll\xc3\xa9giales (DEC) en a\xc3\xa9ronautique avec un minimum de cinq (5) ann\xc3\xa9es d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente;

Vous poss\xc3\xa9dez d\xe2\x80\x99excellentes comp\xc3\xa9tences interpersonnelles et de communication avec une forte orientation client;

Vous avez une attitude proactive et capacit\xc3\xa9 de travailler de fa\xc3\xa7on autonome;

Vous avez une compr\xc3\xa9hension d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9e des processus et des technologies des publications techniques (un atout);

Vous avez une bonne compr\xc3\xa9hension des sp\xc3\xa9cifications S1000D et ATA (un atout);

Vous avez une bonne connaissance des langages auteurs HTML, SGML et XML (un atout);

Vous avez une connaissance du MSG-3 ou une exp\xc3\xa9rience en d\xc3\xa9veloppement de programmes de maintenance et planification (un atout).

The jobholder will be reporting to the Head of Maintenance Program Authoring and Publication.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

Develop and maintain new publications/documents offered as part of the maintenance engineering services portfolio (including ACJ TwoTwenty documentation);

Support team members to maintain existing maintenance program releases. These include:

Maintenance Review Board Report (MRBR) and Airworthiness Limitations (AWL) - Provides the approved schedule maintenance requirements for the A220

Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) \xe2\x80\x93 Provides planning data to help an operator get their planned maintenance program approved;

Analyze engineering source documents to determine impact on applicable publications and take steps to revise them as needed;

Coordinate changes to maintenance program publications with technical publications based on job cards and related maintenance publications;

Support approval process updates with all major stakeholders (maintenance engineering, technical publications, digital solutions, engineering, airworthiness, authorities, customers);

Prepare technical reports/presentations to support internal meetings and customer/regulatory meetings;

Respond to customer inquiries regarding A220 maintenance program publications;

Raise requirements/issues to the Publishing Services team (barriers and user requirements) regarding authoring tools and publishing standards.

As the ideal candidate,

You hold a bachelor\'s degree in aerospace engineering or a college diploma (DEC) in aeronautics with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience;

You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer focus;

You are proactive and can work under minimum supervision;

You have a detailed understanding of technical publication processes and technologies (an asset);

You have a good understanding of the S1000D and ATA specifications (an asset);

You have a good knowledge of HTML, SGML and XML authoring languages \xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8b(an asset);

You have knowledge of MSG-3 or experience in developing maintenance programs and planning (an asset).
