Le responsable de gestion des projets de la performance pour l\'\xc3\xa9quipe qualit\xc3\xa9 rel\xc3\xa8ve directement du responsable Qualit\xc3\xa9 A220.
Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appel\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 :
Piloter des projets d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration qualit\xc3\xa9, promouvoir la culture qualit\xc3\xa9 dans le diff\xc3\xa9rentes fonctions, d\xc3\xa9ployer des techniques de pr\xc3\xa9vention et analyses de root cause sur des sujet complexes
Consolider des donn\xc3\xa9es sur des probl\xc3\xa8mes Qualit\xc3\xa9 complexes et piloter la r\xc3\xa9solution avec le soutien des parties prenantes
Soutenir l\'excellence de la performance qualit\xc3\xa9 en g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rant des informations \xc3\xa0 partir de tableaux de bord de performance et d\'analyse des causes profondes, et en collaborant avec les chefs pour identifier les opportunit\xc3\xa9s d\'am\xc3\xa9lioration.
Piloter des initiatives pour r\xc3\xa9soudre des probl\xc3\xa8mes complexes qui impacte la qualit\xc3\xa9 avec le support des parties prenantes des autres fonctions impliqu\xc3\xa9es.
Articuler des objectifs SMART, identifier les ressources n\xc3\xa9cessaires, d\xc3\xa9velopper une port\xc3\xa9e et un calendrier clairs, d\xc3\xa9finir \xc3\xa0 quoi ressemble le succ\xc3\xa8s et s\'aligner sur une cadence d\'ex\xc3\xa9cution.
D\xc3\xa9finir, pr\xc3\xa9parer et am\xc3\xa9liorer les pr\xc3\xa9sentations de gouvernance.
\xc3\x89laborer des plans d\'action d\xc3\xa9taill\xc3\xa9s d\xc3\xa9crivant les propri\xc3\xa9taires, les objectifs, les \xc3\xa9ch\xc3\xa9anciers, les jalons et l\'impact pr\xc3\xa9vu d\'un projet.
Travailler aux c\xc3\xb4t\xc3\xa9s des chefs et des experts fonctionnels pour mettre en \xc5\x93uvre le plan de mise en \xc5\x93uvre.
Identifier les risques pour la mise en \xc5\x93uvre et la durabilit\xc3\xa9 des r\xc3\xa9sultats, et \xc3\xa9tablir des partenariats avec les chefs ou des experts fonctionnels pour d\xc3\xa9velopper des strat\xc3\xa9gies d\'att\xc3\xa9nuation.
Faire une analyse de charge / capacit\xc3\xa9 et faire des recommandations afin de fournir et supporter les actions d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration des co\xc3\xbbts et analyser les opportunit\xc3\xa9s pour des fins budg\xc3\xa9taires.

Vous avez un Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at ou une exp\xc3\xa9rience de travail \xc3\xa9quivalente (requis)
Vous avez 5 \xc3\xa0 10 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience professionnelle dans la gestion de la performance, de la qualit\xc3\xa9, de la strat\xc3\xa9gie, du conseil, de la finance, de l\'analyse ou dans un r\xc3\xb4le similaire
Vous poss\xc3\xa9dez de solides capacit\xc3\xa9s de r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes et des comp\xc3\xa9tences efficaces en communication au niveau de la direction

The Quality Project Manager Performance Manager for the A220 Quality team reports directly to the Heao of Quality A220.
In your duties, you will be called upon to:
Lead improvement quality aimed at improving existing processes, reinforcing prevention techniques, identifying root causes and improving the quality culture of the business.
Support program quality performance excellence by generating insights from performance dashboards and root cause analysis, and collaborating with leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
Articulate SMART goals, identify resources needed, develop a clear scope and timeline, define what success looks like, and align to an execution cadence.
Define, prepare and improve governance presentations.
Develop detailed action plans outlining project owners, goals, timelines, milestones and expected impact.
Work alongside functional leaders and subject matter experts to execute the implementation plan.
Identify risks to implementation and sustainability of results, and partner with functional leaders or experts to develop mitigation strategies.
Perform load/capacity analysis and make recommendations to deliver and support cost improvement actions and analyze opportunities for budget purposes.
As the ideal candidate,
You have a Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience (required)
You have 5 to 10 years of work experience in quality, performance management, strategy, consulting, finance, analytics or similar role
You possess strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills at the executive level
You have the ability to collaborate with an organization\'s leaders to achieve alignment and "buy-in"
You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative
You are bilingual (French and English), spoken and written
