Le programme A220 est \xc3\xa0 la recherche de candidats pour rejoindre l\'organisation de l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie en chef dans le r\xc3\xb4le d\'architecte de la conception g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale de l\'avion - int\xc3\xa9gration technique sur les sujets touchants les charges avions et dynamique des structures

Dans votre r\xc3\xb4le, vous rel\xc3\xa8verez du chef de la conception g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale avion au sein de l\'organisation de l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie en chef et vous aurez les responsabilit\xc3\xa9s suivantes :

Travailler avec tous les architectes avions pour s\'assurer que les interactions avec les disciplines techniques sont correctement identifi\xc3\xa9es, planifi\xc3\xa9es et ex\xc3\xa9cut\xc3\xa9es pour les modifications d\'a\xc3\xa9ronefs touchant aux domaines suivants : charges avions et dynamique des structures

G\xc3\xa9rer les priorit\xc3\xa9s des \xc3\xa9quipes d\'ing\xc3\xa9nieurs afin de s\'aligner sur les besoins globaux de d\xc3\xa9veloppement du produit.

Contribuer \xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9laboration des exigences de haut niveau de l\'a\xc3\xa9ronef et des donn\xc3\xa9es de base pour la conception.

\xc3\x89tablir des crit\xc3\xa8res de maturit\xc3\xa9 de d\xc3\xa9veloppement pour le contenu des disciplines techniques, et \xc3\xa9valuer la maturit\xc3\xa9 de la conception par rapport aux crit\xc3\xa8res \xc3\xa9tablis.

Contribuer \xc3\xa0 la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et \xc3\xa0 la navigabilit\xc3\xa9 du produit A220 et pr\xc3\xa9parer les dossiers pour la prise de d\xc3\xa9cision par l\'ing\xc3\xa9nieur en chef A220.

Aider les \xc3\xa9quipes de support client et de production \xc3\xa0 d\xc3\xa9finir les causes et les solutions aux probl\xc3\xa8mes de d\xc3\xa9gradation de la performance op\xc3\xa9rationnelle dans ces domaines.

D\xc3\xa9finir les allocations du budget de fonctionnement de l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie en collaboration avec le chef de la conception g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rale avion.

En tant que candidat id\xc3\xa9al, vous d\xc3\xa9montrez :

Vous \xc3\xaates titulaire d\'un Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at ou d\'une Ma\xc3\xaetrise universitaire en ing\xc3\xa9nierie ou dans un domaine \xc3\xa9quivalent.

12 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience ou plus en conception d\'a\xc3\xa9ronefs, avec une exp\xc3\xa9rience sp\xc3\xa9cifique dans le domaine technique couvrant au moins 1 domaine parmi le calcul des charges avions et la dynamique des structures.

Exp\xc3\xa9rience av\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e de travail avec le personnel de soutien \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le et de production pour comprendre les interactions inter fonctionnelles dans le p\xc3\xa9rim\xc3\xa8tre technique et les op\xc3\xa9rations de vol.

Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 remettre en question les dossiers techniques et \xc3\xa0 valider des concepts par rapport aux exigences \xc3\xa9tablies.

Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 pr\xc3\xa9senter des solutions et des plans \xc3\xa0 la direction, aux fournisseurs et aux clients.

The A220 Program is seeking candidates to join the Chief Engineering organization in the role of Overall Aircraft Design Architect \xe2\x80\x93 Technical Integration on Loads and Structure Dynamics topics

In your role, you will report to the Head of Overall Aircraft Design (OAD) within the Chief Engineering organization, and will have the following responsibilities:

Working with all aircraft level architects to ensure the interactions with technical disciplines are appropriately identified, planned and executed for aircraft modifications affecting the following domains: aircraft loads and structure dynamics.

Managing priorities of engineering teams to align with overall product development needs

Contributing to the development of Top Level Aircraft Requirements and Data Basis for Design.

Establishing development maturity gate criteria for technical discipline content, and evaluation of design maturity against the established criteria.

Contributing to safety and airworthiness of A220 product and preparing dossiers for decision making by A220 Chief Engineer.

Assisting Customer Support and Production teams in defining root-cause and solutions of operational degradation items arising in these areas.

Supporting Sales and Marketing in proposing and following execution of aircraft modifications impacting A220 attractively.

Defining engineering operating budget allocations in conjunction with the Head of OAD.

As our ideal candidate, you will demonstrate:

You have a Bachelor or Master University degree in Engineering or equivalent field

12 years\xe2\x80\x99 or more experience in aircraft design, with some specific experience in Technical domain covering at least 1 domain amongst aircraft loads or structure dynamics

Proven experience working with customer support and production personnel to understand cross-functional interactions in the Technical and flight operations perimeter

Capability to challenge technical dossiers and validation of designs against established requirements

Capability to present solutions and plans to senior management, suppliers and customers

Awareness of airworthiness compliance process
