Bas\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 Mirabel et se rapportant au groupe Assurance Qualit\xc3\xa9 A220, l\xe2\x80\x99Auditeur Interne est responsable de s\xe2\x80\x99assurer que l\xe2\x80\x99ensemble du Syst\xc3\xa8me Manufacturier est conforme aux requis organisationnels approuv\xc3\xa9s par Transport Canada.

Dans vos fonctions, vous serez appel\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 :

Planifier, pr\xc3\xa9parer et ex\xc3\xa9cuter les audits selon le calendrier annuel et/ou audits sp\xc3\xa9ciaux demand\xc3\xa9s par l\xe2\x80\x99organisation

Analyser et \xc3\xa9mettre r\xc3\xa9sultats d\xe2\x80\x99audit (Demandes d\xe2\x80\x99Action Corrective (DAC))

Effectuer le suivi des DAC

\xc3\x89valuer et prioriser les principaux risques dont le A220 doit faire face \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99int\xc3\xa9rieur des cellules d\xe2\x80\x99op\xc3\xa9rations

Vous pourriez \xc3\xa9galement \xc3\xaatre appel\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 :

G\xc3\xa9rer la pr\xc3\xa9sence en site des auditeurs externes (ex: TCAC, CASE, FAA, EASA, AS9100)

Supporter la gestion de changement requise pour la mise en place d\xe2\x80\x99un projet

Analyser les risques et \xc3\xa9laborer les plans de contingence

Soutenir, conseiller et mobiliser les parties prenantes

Voyager afin de soutenir les activit\xc3\xa9s d\'audits internes aux \xc3\x89tats-Unis et en Europe

Vous poss\xc3\xa9dez de l\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en R\xc3\xa9solution de Probl\xc3\xa8mes

Vous faites preuve d\xe2\x80\x99une forte orientation client

Vous poss\xc3\xa9dez des aptitudes en planification

Vous \xc3\xaates habile \xc3\xa0 influencer et mobiliser vos collaborateurs

Located at Mirabel and reporting directly to A220 Quality Assurance Manager, the QA Analyst onsite is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Assurance (QA) function remains aware and aligned with its internal customer needs and reality.

In your duties, you will be called upon to:

Plan, prepare and execute audit as per annual audit calendar and/or special audits requested by the organization

Analyze and issue audit results (Corrective Action Request (CAR))

Preform follow-up on CAR

Assess and prioritize the value and main risks facing A220 within the operations cells

You may also be required to:

Manage onsite presence of external auditors (ex: TCCA, CASE, FAA, EASA, AS9100);

Support the required change management;

Perform risk analysis and develop contingency plans;

Support, advise and mobilize the stakeholders;

Travel to support different internal audit activities in Europe and the USA.

As the ideal candidate,

You possess experience in Manufacturing Systems;

You possess experience in Audit;

You possess experience in Problem Solving;

You have a strong customer focus;

You have planning skills;

You are skilled at influencing and mobilizing others;

You possess a technical college degree or equivalent;

You possess a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience;

Your are bilingual (French and English) written and spoken;

You are functional in using the Microsoft Office suite, Google suite.
