AirBnB Cleaner - Independent Contractor (Residential)

Greater Toronto Area (Markham, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, and surrounding areas)

Expected Hours:

10-30 hours per week

Compensation:

$20 - $22.00 per hour (flat-rate per job basis)

to join our contractor network. This is an independent contractor role, ideal for cleaners who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and take pride in delivering

hotel-quality standards

on every job.

This role requires

direct Airbnb/STR turnover experience

.

Applicants without Airbnb cleaning experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality cleaning services for Airbnb/STR, residential, and light commercial properties. Complete turnovers

on-call between 11:00 AM and 3:30 PM

, aligning with guest checkout and check-in schedules. Follow detailed Servana Cleaning checklists and quality standards. Submit before and after photos when required. Maintain clear and timely communication with Servana's coordination team. Arrive puntually and complete work within scheduled timeframes.
Requirements (Mandatory)

Minimum 1 year of Airbnb or short-term rental turnover cleaning experience.

Must have and use your

own cleaning supplies and equipment

Must carry

active general liability insurance.

Strong understanding of staging, bed presentation, restocking, and guest-ready finishing. Must be able to accept last-minute or same-day assignments when necessary Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Smartphone with internet access and camera capability Strong time management and communication skills References required (background check may be requested) Legally eligible to work in Canada
