Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Track Drill Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation, particularly with air track drills, and possess mechanical knowledge to ensure efficient and safe drilling operations. This role is essential for various construction projects, where precision and expertise are paramount.

Duties

Operate air track drills to perform drilling tasks for various construction projects. Collaborate with team members to dig and pave areas as required. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Utilize Caterpillar machinery and other heavy equipment effectively during operations. Assist in horizontal drilling projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications. Operate graders and loaders as needed to support drilling activities. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with air track drills or similar machinery. Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively. Experience in commercial driving is a plus, enabling transportation of equipment as necessary. Familiarity with grading and paving processes is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
