Home Service Plus / College Electric is a locally trusted HVAC, electrical, and duct cleaning company serving Winnipeg homeowners and property managers. We're growing our duct cleaning division and looking for a reliable Duct Cleaning Helper to join our team.

Position: Duct Cleaning Helper

We are seeking a motivated helper to work alongside our duct cleaning technicians. No prior experience is required -- we provide on-the-job training. This is a great opportunity to get into the HVAC/duct cleaning industry with room to grow.

Responsibilities

Assist lead technician with residential and light commercial duct cleaning Carry and set up equipment (hoses, vacuums, tools) Perform cleaning tasks under supervision (vents, registers, dryer vents) Help with equipment maintenance and clean-up after jobs Provide friendly, professional service to customers
Requirements

Valid driver's license Physically fit - able to lift 50 lbs and work in various environments (attics, basements) Strong work ethic, punctual, and willing to learn Ability to work well as part of a team
