Overview

We are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Mechanic to join our team. Valid G2 gas ticket and experience would be an asset.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and a passion for troubleshooting and repairing various types of equipment. This role requires a hands-on approach to maintenance and repair, ensuring that all machinery operates efficiently and safely.

Duties

Install, troubleshoot and repair entire heating, ventilation, air handling, refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues accurately. Build and assemble mechanical components as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and repairs. Document all maintenance activities and repairs performed on equipment.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems. Experience in HVAC service and installations. Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills to work effectively within a team environment. A commitment to maintaining safety standards in the workplace.

Requirements

Valid Refrigeration 313A or AC 313D ticket an asset Gas Technician (G2) ticket an asset Valid G Driver's Licence Satisfactory Drivers' Abstract Ability to lift heavy objects
