Job Description

We're a fast-growing SaaS startup dedicated to connecting charities and non-profits with funders, currently built on React, C#, and .NET Core. We're now looking for a passionate AI/Machine Learning Engineer to help us take our mission to the next level--by making funder discovery smarter and automating time-consuming tasks for our users. You'll be instrumental in developing intelligent solutions that make finding funders effortless and automate document generation for our users.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to

enhance funder matching accuracy

within our extensive database. Implement AI-driven solutions for

automated document generation

(e.g., proposals, reports) leveraging existing user data. Collaborate closely with product, front-end (React), and back-end (.NET Core) teams to seamlessly integrate AI features into our SaaS platform. Perform data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation to continuously improve AI system performance. Research and apply cutting-edge AI/ML techniques, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), to solve real-world problems for our users. Establish and maintain MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Data Science with a strong focus on deployment. Proven experience building and deploying production-ready ML models. Strong proficiency in Python for machine learning development. Experience with NLP techniques for information extraction, text generation, or semantic search. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP) and MLOps principles. Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and software development best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
