POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and curious AI Trainer to help shape the future of artificial intelligence. In this role, you will act as a coach and guide to AI systems by preparing, organizing, and refining the data that powers intelligent responses.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:

• Curate, clean, and annotate large volumes of structured and unstructured data to train AI models.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, tone, context, and alignment with user intent.
• Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and bias in AI responses.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, product, linguistics) to improve model performance.
• Develop and refine training prompts, guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
• Test AI systems in real-world scenarios and document findings for continuous improvement.
• Stay current on best practices in AI training, NLP, and ethical AI development.

• Experience in data labeling, annotation, content evaluation, or quality assurance is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AI workflows, natural language processing (NLP), or machine learning concepts is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
