Key Responsibilities

Lead the full lifecycle of analytics projects--from data collection to solution delivery. Engage weekly with clients to discuss technical and functional aspects of the project. Collaborate with business experts and project managers to define daily tasks and priorities. Supervise the application of ML algorithms on client data and ensure data quality. Drive automation and industrialization of data processes. Provide feedback to the product team based on client usage. Coach and mentor junior team members. Maintain and support analytics solutions in business-as-usual scenarios.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM fields. 10+ years of experience in Data Science and Analytics. Strong passion for AI, ML, and Operations Research. Deep understanding of AI algorithms and their practical applications. Proven experience in delivering end-to-end data science solutions using Python. RGM/TPM background is required.
