KEY OBJECTIVES:

Chubb is seeking an outstanding AI Solution Architect to help scale our Large Language Model (LLM) program. This role blends providing strategic vision, architecting AI solutions, and helping/guiding solution delivery to drive enterprise transformation through AI at a global scale.

As an AI Solution Architect, you will:

Develop Innovative AI Solutions: Design and architect robust AI solutions that address complex business challenges, enhancing operational efficiency and driving competitive advantage. Ensure Scalability and Performance: Deliver high-performance AI systems that can scale effectively with increased data volume and user demands while maintaining low latency. Implement Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for AI development, deployment, and maintenance, ensuring high code quality and performance standards across all AI initiatives. Enhance Model Performance: Continuously monitor and fine-tune AI models, focusing on real-world application and performance metrics to improve outcomes and user satisfaction. Facilitate Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continual skills development in AI technologies. Drive Adoption of AI Technologies: Promote and advocate for the adoption of AI technologies within the organization by demonstrating their business value and effectiveness in solving real-world problems. Maintain Compliance and Security Standards: Ensure that all AI solutions adhere to industry regulations and best practices in data privacy, security, and ethical AI use.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of AI solutions tailored to meet specific business needs, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance of the systems. Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and technologies that align with project requirements and organizational goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions. AI Model Development Oversight: Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of AI models, ensuring they adhere to best practices in machine learning and AI methodologies. Data Strategy: Develop a data strategy that includes data collection, preprocessing, and management protocols to ensure high-quality input for AI systems. Performance Optimization: Evaluate the performance of AI solutions and implement optimizations to improve efficiency, including tuning models and refining algorithms. Documentation and Compliance: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI architectures, procedures, and protocols while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary communication link between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively conveying project status, challenges, and benefits of AI initiatives. Mentorship and Guidance: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement in AI practices. * Stay Current with Trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in the AI and machine learning landscape, integrating new knowledge into architectural designs as appropriate.
