About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and innovative AI Solutions Architect to join Security ONE on a contract basis to help us leverage AI tools, automation, and customer-facing apps that improve internal workflows, sales enablement, and Tier 1 customer support.


In this newly created role, you'll work closely with executive leadership to design and implement smart, scalable AI solutions that reduce manual effort, increase operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience across all branches.

What You'll Do

Design and implement a Tier 1 AI assistant/chatbot to handle routine customer inquiries and support issues. Build or oversee development of self-serve tools like product configurators, proposal generators, or smart quoting apps. Identify automation opportunities across Sales, Customer Support, Coordination, and Field Operations. Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, Dialogflow, Zapier, HubSpot AI, Python-based solutions). Create and present technical design documents, demos, and system flows for internal review. Partner with the leadership team to align on vision and delivery. Provide basic documentation or training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new tools.

What We're Looking For

Experience in AI-driven development, automation engineering, or technical solution design. Hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, Dialogflow) or workflow tools (Zapier, HubSpot, etc.). Proficient in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages with API integration experience. Ability to work autonomously, scope projects, and drive solutions from concept to launch. Strong communication and presentation skills -- ability to work cross-functionally with non-technical teams. Willingness and ability to travel across Ontario to meet with teams and understand onsite workflows. London, ON-based or able to work hybrid with routine in-office presence.
