Job Description

We are seeking an Artificial Intelligence Engineer to develop AI platform features that help enterprise customers improve efficiency, uncover actionable insights, and transform how they manage cyber risk. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and machine learning solutions that drive a next-generation risk management platform.

As a senior member of the team, you'll mentor junior engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and play a key role in shaping the future of AI in cybersecurity and vulnerability management.

What You Will Do

Design AI-enabled software products that meet current requirements and adapt to future needs Provide technical leadership in implementing robust AI/ML models (e.g., NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, predictive analytics) Own the full model lifecycle: training, tuning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into the core platform Support quality initiatives and help maintain high product satisfaction and retention rates Champion team-led planning, value delivery, and predictable execution Help define and uphold quality standards and performance metrics Optimize models for performance, cost-efficiency, and maintainability Contribute to building a capable team through effective talent recruitment Maintain a high-performing and autonomous engineering culture Assist with technical documentation to improve internal productivity Stay current on AI research and tools, evaluating new technologies for inclusion
What You'll Need

5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering with proven delivery of ML-powered products Proficiency in Python or TypeScript and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, LlamaIndex, Ollama, or LangChain Strong foundation in software engineering (version control, CI/CD, APIs, containerization) Experience deploying models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker) Demonstrated success in deploying machine learning models to production Technical team leadership experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Mathematics, or a related field
Ideally, You Also Have

Experience with large language models (LLMs), generative AI, or reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF) Experience with Vertex AI Background in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity Contributions to open-source projects or published research in AI/ML Experience developing IT systems management or cybersecurity applications Post-Secondary in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
