AI Real Estate Data Specialist

, you will play a key role in training AI models to understand the complexities of the real estate industry -- from market analysis and pricing strategies to leasing and negotiation processes.


You will collaborate closely with technical teams to refine data annotation tools, curate structured datasets, and contribute to innovative AI training initiatives. This role requires adaptability, strong analytical thinking, and a deep interest in how technology can transform real estate operations.

2. Key Responsibilities



Use proprietary software to label, annotate, and analyze real estate data for AI training Provide expert input on topics such as property valuation, leasing, and market trends Collaborate with research and engineering teams to refine annotation tools and workflows Evaluate complex real estate problems and ensure data accuracy and consistency Interpret evolving task instructions with attention to detail and sound professional judgment

3. Ideal Qualifications



Professional experience in real estate, leasing, rentals, or related fields (e.g., real estate agent, broker, or property manager) Strong written and verbal English communication skills Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and adapt to evolving task requirements Passion for innovation and the intersection of real estate and technology

4. Preferred Background



Active real estate license or property management certification Experience mentoring or training others in real estate or leasing practices Familiarity with AI tools, data annotation, or digital workflows Comfortable recording short audio or video sessions for data collection

5. Work Environment



Based in Palo Alto, CA (in-office, 5 days per week) or fully remote with strong self-management skills U.S.-based applicants must reside outside of Wyoming and Illinois Typical hours: 9:00am-5:30pm PST during training, then aligned with your local timezone Remote workers must use a personal computer that meets one of the following requirements: a Chromebook, a Mac running macOS 11 or newer, or a Windows PC running Windows 10 or newer Reliable smartphone access is required

6. Compensation & Benefits



Competitive pay ranging from $90,000 to $200,000 annually for U.S.-based professionals, depending on experience and location For international candidates, compensation ranges are available upon request Access to medical benefits, subject to your country of residence Supportive, high-impact environment focused on advancing AI and real estate innovation
