We're seeking a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in defining project objectives, securing funding and resources, and driving project success. As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:


Defining clear project goals and objectives that align with broader organizational or business strategies and priorities Securing the necessary financial resources and budget for the project Approving project scope and requirements to ensure alignment with business needs Supporting the project manager in resolving issues, removing obstacles, and making key decisions Making high-level decisions that impact the project's direction, scope, or budget Championing the project by facilitating buy-in and support from senior management and other key stakeholders

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in managing complex software development projects (Agile or Waterfall methodologies) Strong understanding of project management principles, best practices, and industry standards (PMP, Scrum Master) Experience with project management tools and technologies (Jira, ...) Familiarity with software development lifecycles, including design, development, testing, and deployment Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., GxP, HIPAA) for projects targeting CROs and Pharmas Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their applications in Life Sciences Experience with AI/ML project planning, execution, and delivery

Nice to Have:

Certification in Agile or Scrum methodologies (CSPO, CSM) Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines Familiarity with project management frameworks and standards (Kanban, Lean) Knowledge of deep learning architectures and neural networks Experience with AI/ML model deployment and maintenance
