. This role will support two large-scale artificial intelligence initiatives funded through ScaleAI, in partnership with recognized innovation organizations.

Responsibilities

The Delivery Lead will oversee the end-to-end execution of one of two AI projects:


Inventory & Pricing optimization Improved information access for a technical support group In both cases, the role ensures alignment between business goals and technical delivery, acting as a key liaison across teams.


Manage timelines, deliverables, and milestone planning for the AI delivery pod Align business expectations with project execution phases Maintain clear project governance and enforce scope management Translate business needs into technical execution plans and user stories Lead daily pod operations (includes Scrum Master and Product Owner tasks) Identify and escalate risks or blockers to the program management office Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for delivery success Support project financial tracking (budgeting, cost control, burn rate) Produce project artifacts (status reports, RAID logs, playbooks, templates) Drive communication with internal and external stakeholders Lead change management activities and promote adoption Encourage reuse of tooling, templates, and components to reduce duplication Assist business units in framing operational use cases and qualifying intake

Required skills and qualifications

5 to 10+ years of experience in technology project delivery, ideally in AI or digital transformation contexts Proven experience managing complex technical projects using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks Proven experience managing projects involving Databricks as a core data or ML platform Strong understanding of IT concepts: APIs, data flows, system integration architecture Project delivery experience using Azure DevOps or Jira Skilled in budgeting, cost analysis, and KPI monitoring Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive change initiatives * Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
