Role Overview
We're looking for an experienced
Sales Representative
who will be exclusively focused on selling our AI Integration Services. This is not a generic SaaS sales role -- you'll be selling a
high-value, consultative solution
that bridges technical innovation with business transformation.
You will:
Develop a pipeline of mid-market to enterprise prospects seeking AI integration -- from upgrading legacy systems to automating internal operations.
Conduct discovery meetings, qualify both technical and business needs, and map our solutions to client challenges.
Create and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to technical and executive audiences.
Collaborate with our AI engineering team to scope solution designs, timelines, and pricing.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and exceed revenue targets.
Maintain CRM records (Salesforce, HubSpot) and report performance metrics.
Stay current with AI/ML trends, tools, and competitor offerings to maintain industry leadership.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in selling technical or enterprise software solutions (
5+ years preferred
).
Knowledge of AI, machine learning, data integration, or cloud platforms.
Strong consultative and solution-selling skills -- able to translate complex technology into clear business value.
Excellent communication and presentation skills across both technical and executive levels.
Consistent record of exceeding sales targets in long-cycle (3-9+ month) deals.
Self-starter comfortable working independently within a high-growth environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; technical background an asset.
