We're seeking a self-motivated and curious AI-Focused Developer to help us explore and implement AI solutions that support our students, faculty, and staff. This role is open to developers at all experience levels who are passionate about artificial intelligence and eager to apply it in meaningful, real-world contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and integrate AI-driven features using modern frameworks and tools. Build and maintain chatbots for learning platforms and student support. Apply advanced prompting techniques to interact with AI models effectively. Work with databases and data structures to support AI workflows and reporting. Stay current with emerging AI technologies, platforms, and interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement AI opportunities. Share examples or demos of AI-related work (preferred but not required).

Qualifications:

Solid programming background. Basic to intermediate understanding of software development principles. Familiarity with current AI technologies. Experience with advanced prompting and AI interfaces. Understanding of databases, data structures, and code architecture. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Portfolios or examples of AI-related work are considered an asset.
