You are skilled at driving platform modernization, architecting scalable integration solutions, and guiding high-performing teams across Informatica, WebMethods, SnapLogic, and Kafka.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide senior-level leadership and direction to a cross-functional middleware engineering team, ensuring strategic alignment, resource planning, and high-quality delivery. Oversee the architecture, administration, lifecycle management, and performance tuning of Informatica platform services, including repositories, domains, and ETL environments. Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration patterns using WebMethods, SnapLogic, and Kafka, enabling streamlined, secure, and high-throughput data exchanges. Establish and enforce middleware governance, operational standards, reliability engineering practices, and automation frameworks to improve platform uptime and efficiency. Collaborate with business leaders, architects, and technology partners to define integration roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and communicate platform capabilities and constraints. Drive incident management, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance platform stability, scalability, and performance.

This role will require 3 days per week at the local Mississauga office or a client site located in the Greater Toronto Area.

What you need

:

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, business administration, commerce, or engineering 8-10 years of hands-on and leadership experience in Data Engineering or related fields Proven senior leadership capability, with experience managing teams, presenting to executives, and guiding complex integration initiatives across the enterprise. Expert-level proficiency in Informatica Administration, including installation, configuration, domain management, and performance optimization. Advanced ETL/ELT development expertise, with a strong understanding of enterprise data integration patterns and best practices. Strong experience with WebMethods Integration Server, API orchestration, and enterprise integration architectures. Hands-on experience designing and maintaining SnapLogic pipelines in hybrid or cloud-based ecosystems. Solid background with Apache Kafka for event streaming, topic management, and real-time integration scenarios.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience implementing CI/CD practices for integration workloads using Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, API security patterns, and data governance standards. Familiarity with containerization/orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for integration deployments.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,

role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time

employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role.
