POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and user-focused Chatbot Tester to evaluate, debug, and enhance AI-powered conversational systems. As chatbots become central to customer service, sales, and personal assistance, this role ensures that AI interactions are accurate, natural, and engaging.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:

• Test chatbot interactions for accuracy, clarity, tone, and conversational flow.
• Identify and report issues such as incorrect responses, awkward phrasing, dead ends, or inconsistent behavior.
• Simulate diverse user scenarios to uncover edge cases and usability challenges.
• Document findings and provide structured feedback to developers and AI trainers.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to refine chatbot behavior and improve user experience.
• Ensure chatbot responses are on-brand, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
• Track recurring issues and contribute to training data improvements.
• Stay informed on conversational AI trends and UX best practices.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
