Salary: CAD $60,000-$90,000 per year + performance bonuses

Type: Full-Time (Contract-to-Hire Option Available)

Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM PST ###

What You'll Do

Lead client onboarding calls and translate goals into working AI systems Configure and deploy AI voice + DM agents that sound human, handle objections, and book calls Build end-to-end automations using n8n, Make.com, GoHighLevel, Zapier, Slack, Twilio, and more Design multi-channel engagement flows (SMS, email, voice, social DMs, CRM triggers) Test, stress, and QA workflows so they scale without breaking
Continuously refine objection handling, re-engagement, and sequencing to maximize conversions

Experiment with agentic AI and autonomous workflows that operate end-to-end

Requirements

3+ years hands-on building automations in n8n, Make.com, Zapier, or similar Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and CRM integrations Experience deploying AI agents (Vapi, LangChain, GPTs, Relevance AI, or similar) Confidence in client-facing onboarding calls with clarity and leadership Builder mindset: you think in flows, document well, and own outcomes Bonus: scripting ability in Python or JavaScript for advanced logic Bonus: experience with agentic AI frameworks
