is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join our team as Agronomy Sales. TopKrop Fertilizers is a locally owned and operated organization whose primary focus is on promoting soil and plant health.

Position Summary
The position of Agronomy Sales is a remote/outside sales position that will operate in a designated territory within the prairie provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and/or Manitoba. The successful candidate will be responsible for contributing to sales by utilizing leading agronomic knowledge. Knowledge will be used to position our products in a way that is favorable to farmers looking to grow better crops and increase their profitability.
TopKrop currently has a hybrid business model which includes both selling directly to farmers and building our dealer network. This model requires someone who can be strategic for the mutual benefit of the farmer, the dealer, and our organization.

Who Are We Looking For?
Understanding of soil science and traditional fertilizer programs.
A Degree/Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent experience in agriculture retail, or a supplier in the fertilizer industry.
Passion for innovative products.
Self-motivated and results oriented.
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
An upbeat, positive, and team-oriented nature.
