Looking to grow your ag career with a respected, community-driven organization? We're seeking an Agronomist Sales Rep to join our team supporting producers in Cupar and the surrounding region. This is a hands-on, field-focused role where you'll deliver real agronomic value and help local growers thrive.
What you'll do:
- Provide field scouting, crop planning, and agronomic recommendations
- Sell seed, fertilizer, and crop protection products
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with local farmers
- Manage your customer portfolio and sales targets
- Collaborate with in-branch teams
- Degree in Agriculture + P.Ag (or working toward it)
- 3+ years in agronomy or crop input sales preferred (new grads considered)
- Strong people skills and a service-first mindset
- Passion for prairie agriculture
- Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
- Salary: $62,000 - $97,000 based on experience
- 3 weeks vacation + full benefits + pension
- Company vehicle for business use
- Stability, support, and a respected name in ag retail
