Job Overview:
Reporting to the Department Manager, you'll be involved in:

Promoting our brand values: Locally Invested , Community-Minded , and Lifetime Membership Benefits* Be the final customer service experience for our members as they complete their shopping through prompt and accurate checkout at the till while accepting multiple methods of payment
Stocking and facing checkout merchandise as required
Keeping sales floor organized and clean
Be dependable for all scheduled shifts and perform cash out procedures
Maintain a neat, clean and orderly location at all times by using good housekeeping standards
Assisting and helping co-ordinate the sale of Agricultural products, ensuring that it is done in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner while providing a consistently high level of customer service.
Work co-operatively with team members and team leaders throughout the whole store
What You Bring:
If you are interested in crops and animals as well as passionate about customer service and you have the following qualifications:
Experience in a retail sales environment in the areas of customer service, Agricultural products, point of sale operation and merchandising is considered an asset
An understanding of feed and farm is considered an asset
Must be able to lift 50lbs as required
Adaptable, organized, efficient and committed
Be a team member with exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands
A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
Positive attitude and proven ability to work with the team in a culture of sales and service
