Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Agriculture Service Technician

or

Shop Foreman

to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of agricultural equipment, including tractors, combines, sprayers, planters, and more. You will work both in our well-equipped shop and on-site at customer locations with modern and well outfitted service vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on a wide range of agricultural machinery Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Complete service reports accurately and on time Work with the parts department to identify and order necessary parts Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and teammates Occasionally travel to customer sites with a service truck

Qualifications:

Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Technician or Agricultural Equipment Technician preferred (apprentices also considered) Experience in diagnosing and repairing farm machinery Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and communication skills Basic computer proficiency for service documentation
