What You'll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and service Kubota agricultural, turf, and construction equipment, including engines, powertrains, hydraulics, electrical systems, and attachments Perform preventative maintenance and inspections Accurately complete repair orders, warranty documentation, and tech reports Assist in field service and equipment testing when needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What You Bring:

A genuine passion for agriculture, farming, and supporting the people who feed and build our communities Certification or near-completion in Agricultural or Heavy Equipment Technician program (minimum Block 3) 4+ years of mechanical/service experience (agriculture or heavy equipment) Strong diagnostic skills and a problem-solving mindset Team-oriented, reliable, and customer-focused Clean driver's abstract and ability to pass a background check Comfortable using computer-based service software and systems
