Richardson Pioneer offers new graduates a multi-dimensional, one-year development program with exposure to major areas within agribusiness and agronomy. Agribusiness Assistants (ABAs) will experience a number of challenging positions within our Richardson Pioneer Ag Business Centres. This one-year program is designed to help ABAs identify their specific career path in:AgronomyAgribusinessGrain Sales and MarketingCrop InputsOperationsResponsibilities:The Agribusiness Assistant will gain experience in crop inputs, agronomy, grain handling, customer service, grain grading, grain blending, grain marketing, sales, operations management including exposure to budgeting, business planning and scheduling.Qualifications:Graduate of an Agriculture or Business degree or diploma program and interest in working in the agricultural industryInterest in a career in Agronomy, Agribusiness, Crop Input Sales or Grain MarketingStrong sense of initiativeExcellent customer serviceLeadership skillsAbility to work as a teamOrganized and detail orientedA valid driver\'s licence is requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsRichardson International provides an excellent compensation package consisting of competitive salary, pension, a flexible benefits plan and training and career development opportunities.Relocation assistance may be available.Interested candidates should click the Apply icon to apply online.Richardson International values diversity in the workplace.
