Responsibilities:
Team members should be coached, trained, and given feedback to help them become more capable of delivering value.
To fulfill work commitments, stakeholders must work together on short- and medium-term planning, release activities coordination, and interdependency management.
Encourage team interaction, both on a regular basis and sometimes, to maximize engagement, collaboration, and value.
Managing the team's knowledge base to maintain consistency and alignment, from feature behavior to architectural designs
protecting team members from interruptions and distractions from outside sources while reducing roadblocks and obstacles to the team's progress
You should be able to:
the capacity to exercise successful leadership in complex, adaptable, and human work systems
prior knowledge in leading cross-functional teams as an agile team member
a thorough understanding of and enthusiasm for the Agile mindset/philosophy (without attachment to particular implementations of it)
a love and fascination for data-driven, ethical, and experimental methods of enhancing product development processes
Proven capacity to lead team conversations safely toward beneficial solutions, as well as the ability to break through barriers and make decisions when necessary.
Critical thinking abilities to assess arguments, identify assumptions, and form conclusions
Strong communication abilities, empathy, and the capacity to comprehend various viewpoints
Ability to stay organized, navigate, and succeed in a fast-paced workplace
