Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to the team and the stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain a prioritized and groomed product backlog that aligns with the product vision and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the development team, the testing team, and the business analysts to clarify requirements, review deliverables, and accept user stories.
  • Work with the users and the stakeholders to gather feedback, Client opportunities, validate assumptions, and measure outcomes.
  • Strategize and present ideas to stakeholders and define product features according to customer needs
  • Lead the development process and act as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog items and assist the scrum/product development teams to meet the objectives of each sprint.
  • Manage the product scope, budget, and timeline, and communicate changes and progress to the team and the stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of the market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and identify new features and enhancements that add value to the product and the business.
  • Product owner to drive complete POD delivery end-2-end
  • This is in CORE banking area with a focus on cards integration for payment from banking accounts.
  • Good understanding of Cards transection flow and end to end customer journey
  • CORE banking system is Mainframe
  • Technical delivery Manager experience
Requirements (Must have)
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or similar role in an agile environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile principles, values, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.
  • Proficient in using Agile tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.
  • Ability to work independently, proactively and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality products that solve real-world problems and delight customers.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with geographically distributed teams.
  • Active involvement in Agile communities.
  • Understanding of traditional Waterfall approach and transition to Agile ways of working.
Requirements (Nice to have)
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Banking domain experience.
  • Experience of working in SAFe environment.
  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis.
  • Experience with design thinking, prototyping, and user interface design.
  • Experience with DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
