Overview



Our client in the banking sector is looking for an Agile Delivery Manager to drive high-quality, predictable, and transparent delivery of projects and programs. This role requires expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to ensure governance, compliance, and operational readiness. The successful candidate will coach teams, align stakeholders, facilitate planning sessions, and champion continuous improvement across multiple delivery streams.

Key Qualifications



Deep understanding of Agile, Waterfall, PDLC, SDLC, and Agile Standard Practices (ASP). Proven experience coaching teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders in Agile estimation, prioritization, and delivery. Strong ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and vendor relationships. Proficiency in JIRA for tracking progress and maintaining delivery records. Skilled in creating reports, dashboards, and managing risk documentation. Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills. Experience supporting architecture reviews and ensuring Mandatory Operational Readiness (MOR) compliance. Demonstrated ability to build high-performing Agile teams through data-driven coaching.

Responsibilities



Facilitate key activities such as Discovery, Story Mapping, and Agile ceremonies. Coach teams and Product Owners on scope management, prioritization, and estimation techniques. Lead planning and refinement sessions to ensure clarity and alignment. Develop teams into self-organizing, high-performing units using data-driven insights. Maintain accountability to a Continuous Improvement Plan. Share expertise on ASP, PDLC, SDLC, and maintain delivery artifacts. Support solution architecture reviews and approvals. Coordinate with extended teams and manage vendor engagements. Monitor team performance through Agile metrics and maintain JIRA as the system of record. Prepare and present status reports, risk logs, and dashboards. Ensure deliverables meet MOR requirements for pre-release and production readiness.
