Job Description

Coach the team members on agile methodology. Promote Agile practices and foster continuous improvement across teams and stakeholders. Implement learnings from retrospectives to enhance team and organizational performance. Partner with other leaders (agile coaches from client) to align Agile practices with organizational goals and strategies. Facilitate the adoption of Agile at the program and portfolio levels when applicable at client. Is the day-to-day client contact.
