We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused
Aggregate Sales Representative
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling aggregate materials (sand, gravel, crushed stone, etc.) to clients in the construction, landscaping, and infrastructure sectors. You will build relationships, identify customer needs, and work with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in construction, road building, and related industries.
Identify new sales opportunities within the market and generate new leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable aggregate products.
Prepare quotes, bids, and proposals in collaboration with the sales and operations teams.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with dispatch and operations to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and forecasts using CRM software.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to grow business relationships.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction materials, aggregate sales, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of aggregates and their applications in construction and infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read technical plans or blueprints is a plus.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites or customer locations as needed.
Physical & Working Conditions:
Office and field-based work; must be comfortable visiting active construction or quarry sites.
Occasional lifting of product samples or promotional materials.
Travel within the region to meet with clients and attend meetings or events.

Pay: $34,400.00-$100,000.00 per year
