Determiner les besoins des clients.
Repondre aux questions en clarifiant l'information desiree; la recherche, localisation et fournir l'information.
Resoudre les problemes en clarifiant l'information; la recherche et l'exploration des reponses et des solutions alternatives; la mise en oeuvre des solutions; mettre en priorite les problemes non resolus.
Repondre aux demandes en clarifiant l'information desiree; effectuer des transactions; transferer les requetes.
Maintenir la base de donnees du centre d'appels en notant les informations.
Maintient l'equipement operationnel en suivant les procedures etablies; informer les departements responsables des dysfonctionnements.
Rehausser la reputation de l'organisation en acceptant la participation d'accomplir les nouvelles et differentes requetes; explorer les possibilites d'ajouter de la valeur aux reussites du travail.
Qualifications?
Connaissances: Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou mieux
Competences: Excellente capacite de communication tant a l'oral qu'a l'ecrit, en francais et en anglais.

Report to: Manager - Customer Service
Responsibilities:
Communicate & understand the requirements of customers
Answer inquiries by clarifying desired information, research, locate & provide these information
Resolve problems by clarifying issues, research, explore answers or alternative solutions, then implement solutions or otherwise escalate unresolved problems
Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, and complete transactions or forward requests
Maintain call center database by entering information
Keep equipment operational by following established procedures, and report malfunctions
Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new & different requests, and explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Qualifications:
Knowledge:
Secondary school diploma
At least two years of customer service experience in a call center.
Competence:
Excellent communication skill both verbal and written, in French and English.
Proactive time management skills.
Multitasking with efficiency
Patients and understanding.
Computer software such as, Excel, Google sheets, documents, ect..
