Conduct sales activities, including upselling products and services based on customer needs. Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or information. Maintain a professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve service delivery. Document interactions with customers in the system for future reference.

Skills

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Experience in sales, with a focus on upselling techniques. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual performance standards.
