Vous mettrez en application vos capacit\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 enqu\xc3\xaater et prendrez en charge la r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes, en veillant \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99att\xc3\xa9nuation des risques op\xc3\xa9rationnels et \xc3\xa0 la conformit\xc3\xa9. Vos aptitudes en communication vous seront utiles, puisque vous serez la personne-ressource pour les autres membres de l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quipe, afin d\xe2\x80\x99offrir une Exp\xc3\xa9rience client harmonieuse, rapide, simple et excellente. Quelles seront vos t\xc3\xa2ches ?

  • Assurer le traitement des op\xc3\xa9rations complexes des clients li\xc3\xa9es aux faillites, aux propositions de consommateur et aux documents de services de consultation sur le cr\xc3\xa9dit.
  • Faire preuve de jugement et approuver, refuser ou n\xc3\xa9gocier les faillites, les propositions de consommateur et les services de consultation sur le cr\xc3\xa9dit.
  • Prendre les appels des clients et des professionnels du secteur.
  • Produire des rapports sur le risque et assurer l\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9quilibre entre le service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le et le risque d\xe2\x80\x99exploitation.
  • R\xc3\xa9soudre les probl\xc3\xa8mes li\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 des groupes, fonctions et processus pr\xc3\xa9cis.

Comp\xc3\xa9tences essentielles
  • Au moins deux ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en recouvrement
  • Bilinguisme anglais-fran\xc3\xa7ais (niveau professionnel dans les deux langues)
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 produire des rapports d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9valuation du risque complexes au besoin
  • Aptitudes manifestes pour n\xc3\xa9gocier, trouver des solutions et prendre des d\xc3\xa9cisions
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 prendre des appels de clients, de fiduciaires et de partenaires de service dans un environnement de t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9centre

What is the opportunity?

You will apply your investigative abilities and take ownership to resolve issues, ensuring operational risk mitigation and compliance are achieved. Your communication skills will serve you here, as you will be the referral point for other team members, in order to deliver a seamless, simpler, fast, and better client experience. You will foster collaboration within your team and convergence across partners to support RBC\xe2\x80\x99s One Client, One Bank vision.

What will you do?
  • Responsible for fulfillment and/or servicing of complex client transactions, as it relates to bankruptcies, consumer proposals and credit counseling services files
  • Apply sound judgment and provide approval, decline or negotiation of bankruptcy, consumer proposal and credit counseling services
  • Field calls from clients and industry professionals
  • Complete risk reports and ensure a balance between customer service and business risk mindset
  • Resolve issues related to the specific group, function and process
What do you need to succeed? Must-have
  • 2+ years of collections experience
  • Bilingual in French and English, at a professional level in both languages
  • Ability to formulate intricate Risk Assessment Reports when required
  • Proven negotiation, solution-finding and decision making skills
  • Ability to take calls from clients, trustees and service partners in a call centre environment
  • Strong understanding of the balance between customer service and business risk mindset
  • Results driven, with a demonstrated ability to review, seek solutions and decisions
  • Ability to work efficiently in a challenging environment
  • Ability to work shifts within the hours of 8 am - 6 pm, Monday - Friday
Nice-to-have
  • Knowledge of CAC\'s, CASPER, OLBB, OLMS, TS2, Sales Platform, Bankruptcy & Collection Highways
  • Knowledge of Bankruptcy, Fraud, Credit Counseling and Consumer Proposals
