En tant qu\'agent(e) d\'op\xc3\xa9rations bilingue, vous offrirez un service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le de premier ordre \xc3\xa0 nos clients en r\xc3\xa9pondant \xc3\xa0 toutes leurs demandes dans les d\xc3\xa9lais prescrits, vous pr\xc3\xa9parerez des documents juridiques li\xc3\xa9s aux transactions hypoth\xc3\xa9caires et vous veillerez \xc3\xa0 la cl\xc3\xb4ture des transactions. Voici votre contribution :

  • Offrir un service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le de premier ordre \xc3\xa0 nos clients par l\'interm\xc3\xa9diaire du portail, par courriel et par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone pour r\xc3\xa9pondre \xc3\xa0 toutes les demandes dans les d\xc3\xa9lais prescrits. \xc3\x89tablir des partenariats internes et externes afin d\'am\xc3\xa9liorer l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience client globale.
  • G\xc3\xa9rer tous les probl\xc3\xa8mes et les irr\xc3\xa9gularit\xc3\xa9s sur le titre avec le repr\xc3\xa9sentant du pr\xc3\xaateur (pr\xc3\xaateur, sp\xc3\xa9cialiste en pr\xc3\xaats hypoth\xc3\xa9caires, etc.).
  • G\xc3\xa9rer t\xc3\xa2ches journali\xc3\xa8res conform\xc3\xa9ment aux politiques et aux lignes directrices d\'entreprise.
  • Pr\xc3\xa9parer les documents applicables (p. ex., trousse de documents hypoth\xc3\xa9caires, documents sur le changement de titre, etc.) conform\xc3\xa9ment aux exigences du programme de chaque pr\xc3\xaateur.
  • Travailler avec nos clients externes, tel que des pr\xc3\xaateurs, notaires ou courtiers hypoth\xc3\xa9caires.
Vos comp\xc3\xa9tences :
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me en techniques juridiques ou en administration juridique, ou exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente sera consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9 un atout.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 exceptionnelle \xc3\xa0 communiquer par t\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9phone et excellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 av\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e \xc3\xa0 prioriser et \xc3\xa0 r\xc3\xa9soudre des probl\xc3\xa8mes.
  • Grand souci du d\xc3\xa9tail et capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9rer des priorit\xc3\xa9s concurrentes dans un milieu de travail occup\xc3\xa9.
  • Minutie et capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xc3\xa9montr\xc3\xa9e \xc3\xa0 mener plusieurs t\xc3\xa2ches de front dans un environnement de travail dynamique.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 faire preuve de jugement pour prot\xc3\xa9ger les renseignements confidentiels.
  • Connaissances interm\xc3\xa9diaires de la suite Microsoft Office et de Outlook.
  • Nos heures d\'ouverture sont de 8 h 30 \xc3\xa0 19 h, du lundi au vendredi. Les candidats doivent faire preuve de souplesse pour effectuer un quart de travail tardif r\xc3\xa9gulier (par rotation) jusqu\'\xc3\xa0 19 h.
As a Bilingual Title Officer, you will provide superior customer service to our clients responding to all inquiries within specified timeframes, prepare legal documents for mortgage transactions and ensure transactions closings are met. This role is ideally suited to an individual who would like to join a company that has created a unique working atmosphere that offers challenge, purpose and the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally in a team-oriented environment.

Here\'s how you\'ll contribute:
  • Provide superior customer service to our clients via portal, email and phone responding to all inquiries within specified timeframes. Develop internal and external partnerships to enhance overall customer service experience.
  • Manage all issues and title discrepancies with the Lender representative (lender, mortgage specialist etc.)
  • Manage day to day tasks in accordance to our corporate policies
  • Prepare applicable documents (i.e. mortgage document package, title change documents etc.) as per respective lender program requirements.
  • Working collaboratively with our external clients such as lenders, notaries and brokers
Here\'s what you\'ll bring:
  • Graduate of a law clerk/legal admin program or equivalent experience will be considered an asset
  • Exceptional phone manner with strong communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to problem solve and prioritize issues.
  • Possess strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities within a busy office environment.
  • Detail oriented and proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information.
  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Candidates must be flexible to work a regular rotating late shift up to 7:00 pm (AST).
