NL Dairy Co-op has recently purchased Agropur Co-operative's Newfoundland and Labrador fluid milk processing and distribution business, including the Central Dairies brand. The new co-operative is owned by nineteen dairy farmers from across the province, proudly taking care at every stage from farm to fridge, producing, processing and distributing 100% local, quality milk - Right here at home.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team. In this role, the incumbent will manage their own distribution route, delivering dairy products to a variety of commercial customers. You will be the face of NL Dairy Co-op in your territory, ensuring products arrive accurately, safely, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Manage product deliveries to established B2B clients.
Ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.
Maintain the highest standard for vehicle safety, cleanliness and maintenance.
Represent NL Dairy Co-op professionally.
Build customer relationships and identify growth opportunities within your territory.
Monitor and report delivery issues or route changes.
Follow all compliance protocols, both legislatively and organizationally mandated.
Demonstrate a commitment to customer service excellence.
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in delivery, logistics or food service distribution is preferred.
Must own or lease a reliable refrigerated delivery vehicle, reefer unit is required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Technologically competent, willing to use handheld devices and logistics software.
Able to operate as an independent business, must possess appropriate licenses and insurance.
Business acumen, capable of managing sales, collections and basic financial records.
