Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche des inspecteurs NDT pour rejoindre notre equipe basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).

Vos defis:



Realiser des essais non destructifs sur des aeronefs ou des composants d'aeronefs en fabrication; Mettre en oeuvre la technique, effectuer les reglages et l'etalonnage de l'appareil et appliquer les procedures d'inspection, en fonction de ses certifications; Rediger les instructions techniques pour la mise en oeuvre de l'essai demande a valider par le niveau 3; Rediger les rapports d'inspection incluant les resultats, valider et certifier la conformite du composant selon les criteres d'acceptation specifies. Le cas echeant, rediger les documents de livraison (bon de livraison, declaration de conformite et formulaire 1 du TCCA/EASA) de l'ensemble inspecte ; Participer a l'elaboration d'etudes de faisabilite en menant des essais non destructifs sur de nouveaux materiaux, procedures, assemblages, structures.... etc. et en determinant les methodes les plus appropriees; Contribuer au developpement de solutions CND dediees a des besoins specifiques, suivi de leur ajustement, qualification et promotion Assurer le suivi des exigences des clients conformement aux procedures de qualite internes pour mener a bien l'operation Maintenir les competences et les certifications obtenues et en acquerir de nouvelles

Votre carte d'embarquement:



Un DEC ou AEC en maintenance d'aeronefs OU ; Une licence M2 et 10 annees d'experience OU ; Un minimum de 5 annees d'experience comme inspecteur mecanicien de prevol dans le domaine de l'aeronautique OU ; Posseder minimum de 5 annees d'experience comme mecanicien (460 a l'interne) dans les 5 dernieres annees OU ; Vous faites preuve d'autonomie, d'initiative et travaillez bien dans une equipe multidisciplinaire; Vous serez appele a travailler dans un espace clos; Vous serez appele a travailler en hauteur jusqu'a 30 pied sur une base reguliere; Capacite a adopter et maintenir differentes positions physiques selon les besoins du travail. Formation en Materiaux compose et/ou formation en composite Experiences et formations niveau 1 ou 2

Your challenges:



Your challenges: Carry out non-destructive testing on aircraft or aircraft components undergoing maintenance or manufacture; Implement the technique, carry out the settings and calibration of the apparatus and apply the inspection procedures, according to its certifications; Write the technical instructions for the implementation of the requested test to be validated by level 3; Write the inspection reports including the results, sanction and certify the conformity of the component according to the specified acceptance criteria. If necessary, draw up the delivery documents (delivery note, declaration of conformity and TCCA/EASA form 1) for the inspected assembly; Participate in the development of feasibility studies by conducting non-destructive tests on new materials, procedures, assemblies, structures.... etc., and by determining the most appropriate methods. and determining the most appropriate methods; Contribute to the development of NDT solutions dedicated to specific needs, monitoring their adjustment, qualification and promotion Ensure the follow-up of customer requirements in accordance with internal quality procedures for the successful completion of the operation Maintain skills and certifications obtained and acquire new ones

Your boarding pass:



A D.C.S. or A.C.S. Aircraft Maintenance OR; An M2 license and 10 years of experience OR; A minimum of 5 years of experience as a pre-flight mechanic inspector in the aviation field OR; A minimum of 5 years experience as a preflight mechanic (460 internally) within the last 5 years; You demonstrate autonomy, initiative, and work well in a multidisciplinary team; You will be required to work in an enclosed space; You will be required to work of up to 30 feet on a regular basis; Ability to adopt and maintain different physical positions as required by the job.
