Vous avez une experience en genie mecanique, vous avez travaille dans le domaine aeronautique et vous souhaitez evoluer et developper de nouvelles competences? Ce poste est pour vous !
Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche d'agent de methode structure pour rejoindre notre equipe methode configuration basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez conjointement avec les equipes d'ingenierie , qualite et production.
Vous ferez partie de l'equipe methode configuration chargee de la mise en place des solution de design , resoudre les enjeux de la ligne d'assemblage et ameliorer la qualite du produit.
L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Vos serez:
Gerer des work package structuraux majeurs
Participer aux developpements des solutions de design
Responsable des installations structurelles.
Incorporer les modifications de conception;
Signer et approuver les modifications de conception ENG.
Suivre le processus de gestion de changement tel que la creation des cahiers, dossiers d'action, demandes d'outillage....etc.
Gerer la re-allocation des composants majeurs.
Votre profil:
Vous avez complete un DEC ou BAC specialise en aeronautique (construction, maintenance), en genie mecanique dans un etablissement d'enseignement reconnu (CEGEP ou universite) ;
Vous avez 5 ans d'experience en configuration d'aeronautique ou un domaine connexe
Vous avez un bon niveau de connaissance du francais et de l'anglais parle et ecrit;
Vous avez de bonnes capacites d'organisation et de planification;
Vous etes debrouillard, autonome et avez de bonnes competences en resolution de problemes;
Vous avez un bon jugement et vous travaillez bien dans une equipe multidisciplinaire;
Vous avez de l'experience en gestion du projet
Vous avez des habilites a animer des sessions des ateliers du travail.
Vous avez une maitrise des logiciels Catia V5, SAP, la suite Google.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a position in methods structure to join our methods configuration team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will work jointly with the Airbus engineering, quality and production teams.
You will be part of the methods configuration team responsible for developing and incorporating design solutions, production improvement and improving the product quality.
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

In your role you will be:
Manage major structural work packages
Participate in the development of design solutions
Responsible for structural installations
Sign and approve ENG design changes
Follow the change management process such as the creation of specifications, action files, tooling requests, etc.
Manage components re-allocation.
Your boarding pass:
You have completed a DEC specialized in aeronautics (construction, maintenance), in mechanical engineering in a recognized educational institution (CEGEP)
You have a good level of knowledge in French and English spoken and written.
You have good organizational and planning skills.
You are resourceful, autonomous and have good problem-solving skills.
You have good judgment and you work well in a multidisciplinary team.
You master the following softwares Catia V5, SAP and Google suite.
