Un de nos clients dans l\'industrie a\xc3\xa9rospatiale est \xc3\xa0 la recherche de quelques agents de m\xc3\xa9thode pour se joindre \xc3\xa0 son \xc3\xa9quipe et soutenir les int\xc3\xa9rieurs d\'avions. Ces agents de m\xc3\xa9thode peuvent travailler du c\xc3\xb4t\xc3\xa9 de la configuration ou du c\xc3\xb4t\xc3\xa9 du support de production.

Description:

-R\xc3\xa9diger et r\xc3\xa9viser des guides d\'instructions d\'assemblage ou des guides d\'instructions de fabrication pour la fabrication ou l\'assemblage de composantes d\'a\xc3\xa9ronefs;

-Interpr\xc3\xa9ter, v\xc3\xa9rifier et approuver les dessins et autres documents d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie ;

-\xc3\x89laborer des strat\xc3\xa9gies d\'assemblage et de fabrication de composants d\'a\xc3\xa9ronefs;

-D\xc3\xa9velopper les outils n\xc3\xa9cessaires pour fabriquer ou assembler des composantes d\'a\xc3\xa9ronefs en tenant compte des tol\xc3\xa9rances g\xc3\xa9om\xc3\xa9triques \xc3\xa9tablies;

-Harmoniser la mise en \xc5\x93uvre des changements d\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie ou des strat\xc3\xa9gies d\'assemblage en travaillant en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec l\'ing\xc3\xa9nierie, la logistique des pi\xc3\xa8ces, la qualit\xc3\xa9 et la production ;

-Participer activement au soutien \xc3\xa0 la production en coordonnant la r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes avec les autres d\xc3\xa9partements de soutien ;

-Se tenir au courant des meilleures pratiques pour am\xc3\xa9liorer les strat\xc3\xa9gies d\'assemblage et de fabrication et participer \xc3\xa0 des projets de recherche et d\xc3\xa9veloppement.

Qualifications:

-Un dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes coll\xc3\xa9giales techniques et/ou une exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente.

\xc2\xb7 2 \xc3\xa0 5 ans ou plus d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en a\xc3\xa9ronautique ou dans une industrie manufacturi\xc3\xa8re. Exp\xc3\xa9rience en \xc3\xa9b\xc3\xa9nisterie,

la finition de meubles, le rembourrage ou la fabrication de harnais \xc3\xa9lectriques seront consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9s comme un atout.

\xc2\xb7 Bon sens de l\'organisation, de la planification et de la r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes.

\xc2\xb7 Orient\xc3\xa9 client et bonnes comp\xc3\xa9tences en communication interpersonnelle.

\xc2\xb7 Fonctionnel avec la langue fran\xc3\xa7aise tant \xc3\xa0 l\'oral qu\'\xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit.

\xc2\xb7 Fonctionnel en lecture de dessins techniques avec une bonne visualisation en 3D.

\xc2\xb7 La connaissance de SAP et/ou Baan sera consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout.

\xc2\xb7 La connaissance de Catia V5 sera consid\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e comme un atout.

One of our clients in the Aerospace industry is looking for a few Method Agents to join their team and support the aircraft interiors. These Method Agents can work on the configuration side or on the production support side.

Description:

-Write and revise assembly instruction guides or manufacturing instruction guides for the manufacturing or assembly of aircraft components;

-Interpret, verify and approve drawings and other engineering documents;

-Develop assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components;

-Develop necessary tools to manufacture or assemble aircraft components by taking into account established geometric tolerance;

-Harmonize the implementation of engineering changes or assembly strategies by working in close collaboration with Engineering, Parts Logistics, Quality and Production;

-Participate actively in production support by coordinating problem solving with other support departments;

-Keep abreast of best practices to enhance assembly and manufacturing strategies and participate in research and development projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-A technical college diploma and/or equivalent experience.

-2 to 5 years or more of experience in aeronautics or in a manufacturing industry.

-Experience in cabinet making, furniture finishing, upholstery or electrical harness manufacturing will be considered an asset.

-Good sense of organization, planning and problem solving.

-Client-oriented and good interpersonal communication skills.

-Functional with French language both orally and in writing.

-Functional in reading technical drawings with a good visualization in 3D.

-Knowledge of SAP and/or Baan will be considered an asset.

-Knowledge of Catia V5 will be considered an asset.

-Fluency with English language will be considered an asset.
