Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche

un Agent de la Gestion de l'Approvisionnement

pour rejoindre notre equipe de

Procurement Operations Airframe

basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous

travaillerez conjointement avec des equipes multifonctionnelles basees a Mirabel, Quebec, Mobile, Alabama ou ailleurs dans le monde.



Vous ferez partie de l'equipe

Procurement Operations

chargee de l'approvisionnement des pieces requises pour la fabrication de l'avion de modele A220.



L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.



Votre role en tant qu'

Agent de la Gestion de l'Approvisionnement

sera de

vous assurer de la livraison des pieces requises a temps et de bonne qualite a notre client qui est la ligne de production.

Vos defis:



Valider les exigences et assurer l'execution de la livraison des bons de commande

Gerer le placement des bons de commande et l'administration des activites connexes (reception, snags, factures, inventaire, parametres de stock de securite...).

Analyser les retards de livraison et prioriser les livraisons du fournisseur pour minimiser l'impact sur la chaine de production

Gerer le plan operationnel a court et a long terme (retrofit, penuries...)

Suivre les performances de la supply chain (reception, magasins, transport, expedition...) et gerer les ecarts

Assurer l'interaction des fournisseurs (visites sur site ou a distance) avec les equipes inter fonctionnelles pour mettre en oeuvre des mesures correctives et preventives

Etablir des relations solides avec les equipes internes telles que la gestion de la qualite de la chaine d'approvisionnement (SCQM), la gestion de la conformite (CM), l'ingenierie, les methodes, la qualite, la production et l'approvisionnement strategique.

Gerer les pieces non-qualite (Reparation, Retours...)

Fournir une visibilite globale des niveaux de stock. Obtenir et suivre les plans d'action des fournisseurs pour maintenir un niveau optimal

Definir le plan de reprise avec les equipes de production si necessaire. Comprendre le "VSM" global (Value Stream Mapping) de vos produits respectifs.


Votre profil:



Vous detenez un baccalaureat en gestion des operations ou en gestion industrielle OU un diplome d'etudes collegiales dans les memes domaines, avec deux (2) annees ou plus d'experiences.

Vous avez de bonnes competences en gestion des priorites et multitaches.

Vous avez une bonne connaissance des logiciels tels qu'Excel, Google suite, etc.

Vous avez des connaissances et de l'experience avec SAP.

Avoir une certification APICS est un atout.

Vous etes bilingue (Francais et Anglais ecrit et parle).

Vous avez 2 a 5 d'experience dans un poste similaire.


Ce poste peut impliquer des deplacements professionnels (dans le monde entier).



Deplacements requis : Deplacements occasionnels [au Canada] et a l'etranger



Possibilite de devoir etre sur appel les week-ends et/ou pendant les periodes de vacances.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for

a

Supply Management Agent



to join our

Procurement Operations Airframe

team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will

work jointly

with multifunctional teams based in Mirabel, Qc, Mobile, AL or anywhere in the world.



You will be part of the

Procurement Operations team in charge of the procurement of all the parts required to build the A220 aircraft.



The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your challenges:



Validate requirements and ensure delivery execution of purchase orders

Manage purchase order placement and administration of related activities (receiving, snags, invoices, inventory, safety stock settings...).

Analyze delivery delays and prioritize supplier deliveries to minimize the impact on the production chain

Manage the short and long term operational plan (retrofit, shortages, etc.)

Monitor supply chain performance (reception, stores, transport, shipping, etc.) and manage discrepancies

Ensure supplier interaction (on-site or remote visits) with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive measures

Build strong relationships with internal teams such as Supply Chain Quality Management (SCQM), Compliance Management (CM), Engineering, Methods, Quality, Production and Strategic Procurement.

Manage non-quality parts (Repair, Returns, etc.)

Provide global visibility of stock levels. Obtain and follow supplier action plans to maintain optimal levels

Define the recovery plan with the production teams if necessary. Understand the overall "VSM" (Value Stream Mapping) of your respective products.


Your boarding pass:



You hold a bachelor's degree in operations management or industrial management OR a college diploma in the same fields, with two (2) years or more of experience.

You have good priority management and multitasking skills.

You have good knowledge of software such as Excel, Google suites.

You have knowledge and experience with SAP.

Having an APICS certification is an asset.

You are bilingual (French and English written and spoken).

You have 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.


Business travels could be expected; consequently you must be willing to travel accordingly.



Travel Required: <5% Domestic and International.



Possible on-call duties during week-ends and/or holiday seasons.
