Your daily role

The development agent participates in development tests in the laboratory/pilot plant and may be involved in the industrialization of products or processes.

THE ROLE:
- Develop new products by developing recipes as well as new manufacturing methods;
- Carry out detailed analysis and in-depth evaluation of products (internal or competitive products);
- Prepare shipments of samples for external analyzes or customer presentations;
- Participate in the industrialization of prototypes;
- Ensure follow-up to confirm the lifespan of products;
- Establish Preparation/Cooking Instructions;
- Write specifications for new products;
- Participate in technological/product monitoring;
- Monitor first productions;
- Carry out tests to characterize ingredients or processes;
- Improve the internal procedures of the R
Your profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the R&D or Quality field;
- College diploma in food process and quality technology (ITA, Dietetics);
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes;
- Knowledge of food chemistry;
- Autonomy, versatility;
- Ability to process several files at once in sometimes short deadlines;
- Proficiency in basic IT tools (Office, Google Apps, etc.);
- Mastery of French, English an asset.
