Customer Experience Agent (12-month contract

) to join our team.

At Vetoquinol, our mission is to listen, understand, and respond to the needs of our customers. The Customer Experience Agent ensures exceptional service to Vetoquinol's clientele, particularly by processing orders and responding to inquiries from both internal and external customers.

Main Activities:

Transactions

Processes customer transactions quickly and efficiently using available tools to ensure professional, courteous and competent service in accordance with the various internal and regulatory policies to which the department is subject.

Communication

Communicates with clients to ensure their satisfaction, conveys the information needed and obtains the appropriate information.

Administrative Support

Provides administrative support to the department in order to support the requests of the various stakeholders and to ensure the necessary follow-up related to after-sales service and price accuracy.

Profile:

College or professional diploma or combination of relevant experience 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook and Excel) Bilingualism in written and spoken French and English Experience in date entry Attention to detail Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities Professionalism Ability to work in a team environment Problem solving skills
