TripToGo is seeking a detail-oriented and organized
Agent Booking Coordinator
to join our team. You will serve as the primary point of contact for travel agents, managing bookings, ensuring accurate documentation, and coordinating smoothly with internal teams. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and keeping operations running efficiently, this role is for you.
Key Duties
Handle and process agent booking requests accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with travel agents and internal teams to confirm tour availability, pricing, and special requirements.
Manage booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring timely communication with all parties.
Ensure accuracy in travel details, such as dates, guest information, accommodation, transportation, and inclusions.
Maintain up-to-date records of all bookings in the CRM or internal booking system.
Communicate proactively with agents to resolve booking issues or changes.
Generate invoices, confirmations, and other documentation as needed.
Assist in developing booking procedures and tools to improve agent experience and efficiency.
Support the operations and sales team with group travel coordination or special arrangements.
Identify and escalate booking issues or supplier delays to the relevant team members.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in travel, tourism, hospitality, or business is a plus.
1+ year of experience in customer service, travel coordination, or booking management (travel agency or tour operator experience preferred).
Proficiency with booking systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Familiarity with travel industry tools is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal English; strong phone etiquette and professional correspondence skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling bookings.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.
