Job Level NV-05
As a claims agent, you help process life and health insurance claims, promote occupational health and manage disabilities.

You provide discipline-specific technical support and help your unit carry out its activities, initiatives and processes in accordance with established policies and procedures. You support your unit\xe2\x80\x99s more experienced employees and assist with technical work and analysis involving processes, information management and data processing. The ability to tailor your approach as needed and make sound decisions is therefore essential.

General Information on the Position

Main responsabilities

• 
  Provide technical support for projects and operational issues
• 
  Assist with studies, research and analysis
• 
  Help roll out and maintain software and manual and automated processes. Train users
• 
  Help prepare technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of users and their teams
• 
  Help practitioners follow procedures and use your unit\xe2\x80\x99s tools and systems

Qualifications

• 
  College diploma in a related field
• 
  A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

  Proficient speaker, advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
