What is expected?
-
As a Travel Experience Designer, you will be an ambassador of Club Med Spirit and values, responsible for creating tailor-made trips for the customer based on their needs, using selling and upselling techniques, and providing detailed service information required. You will also be responsible for ensuring that we deliver on our common goal of providing lasting memories to our customers.

Profile and skills
-

  • High energy, customer focused sales and service professionals who are confident and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Sales experience and the ability to multi-task and recognize sales opportunities

  • Professional individuals who are enthusiastic, demonstrates initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and good judgment.

  • Communication Skills: English is mandatory in this role as well as strong verbal a written communication skill. French is plus

  • Computer knowledge.

  • Previous travel industry experiences, knowledge of geography and/or call center experience is a plus, but not required. *Note: Travel professionals applying need to have passed required TICO exam.

  • Must be available to work 40 hours weekly, flexible for any shift between 10am and 7pm Monday through Saturday, as well as Holidays.
